![]() ![]() ![]() and even though they said on the phone that they accepted my insurance they then said they didnt accept it, with not a care in the world that a patient was in pain for hours waiting for an appt. waited three hours for an emergency appt. The worst service, have no clue what they are doing. The supervisor offered no alternatives and insisted on payment and would not release prescription. After the exam, they advised me they could not process the claim through my insurance and demanded payment. Before making an appointment I verified with my insurance and with the location that they were a vision provider accepting my insurance. There used to be a time where workers really worked hard and did their work as best as they could while showing pride in their work.īEWARE! This provider is listed in BCBSIL as in-network. They refuse to acknowledge the miscommunication among themselves nor will they apologize for it. ![]() And they do not seem to want to put on a good face for their job or show appreciation for returning clients or clients in general. ![]() They seem not to realize the fact that our patronage is linked to their paycheck or that we can be pushed to the point of taking of business elsewhere. The employees at the front desk are unfriendly and rude. Every week they say it will be ready next week. no customer service, they dont care even for this poor kid of less than 3 year old. Now my kid is travelling with her mom on an international trip. Everytime I call and ask they keep me on long hold and then someone comes and reply saying its not ready. I ordered glasses for my 30 months old daughter, my daughter has very high power glasses, Its been more than six week since I ordered, I have not recieved yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I been there since 930 I shouldve been yelling! The doctor finally saw me 12:00 and she only saw me for legit 10 mins. This other woman who handles the billing just had a face on as if I was being rude for asking. They said the doctor will call you "shortly". At 1130 I went to the front desk to ask how much longer? The staff was extremely rude. So I arrived at 930 since I was a new patient I figured there would be paperwork. I went to the Visionworks by ShopRite in Woodbridge today (4/7/17). ![]()
